We created the questionnaire and "road tested" it on a number of volunteers.

Their very valuable input told us that it was too long and some of the questions were not clear, so we set about reducing the length and making it clearer.  We never though that it would so difficult to "keep it simple".  We got there in the end and we were ready to go to print in December.

We will deliver a copy to every person in the parish of voting age just after Christmas, when you have recovered from the celebrations!  The delivery will be carried out by volunteers and they will answer any questions  you may have.  We are running later than planned, but with just five people working on this in the evenings, it has taken much longer than we planned way back in January 07 when we said "well, how difficult can this be?".  Now we know!

When you receive your questionnaire you will also receive raffle ticket.  Don't forget to write the number of your ticket on the front page of the questionnaire.  There will be a draw and the first three questionnaire numbers drawn from the hat will each receive £50 worth of vouchers that can be spent in the parish.

The questionnaire should take about 15-30 minutes to complete.  If you live near the Terling Stores and Post Office please seal it in the envelope supplied and drop it into the box in the Stores.

If you live out side of Terling centre, we will provide a stamped addressed envelope.
